Lakewood Hospital is located on the southeast corner of Detroit and Belle Avenues. Parking is located in the garage directly across the street from the hospital's main entrance on Belle Avenue.
From I-90:
Exit on Warren Road, turn north on Warren Road and travel .9 miles to Franklin. Turn right (east) on Franklin and travel to first traffic light (Belle Avenue). Turn left (north) on Belle. Parking will be on your left.
From I-71:
Exit on West 150th, going north for 3 miles (150th becomes Warren Road at Lorain Road). Turn right (east) on Franklin and travel to first traffic light (Belle Avenue). Turn left (north) on Belle. Parking will be on your left.
From the Shoreway:
Take Shoreway west; follow Clifton Blvd. to Belle Avenue. Turn left (south) on Belle and travel past Detroit Avenue. Parking will be on your right.
Directions to Lakewood Hospital Community Health Center

Lakewood Hospital's Community Health Center is located directly across the street from the main entrance of Lakewood Hospital. NOTE: You must enter the Community Health Center's parking lot from St. Charles Avenue.
From I-90:
Take the Warren Road exit. Turn north on Warren Road and travel .9 miles to Franklin Boulevard. Turn right (east) on Franklin. Travel to the first street, which is St. Charles Avenue, and turn left (north). The entrance to the Community Health Center parking lot will be on your right just before the parking garage.
From I-71:
Exit on 150th Street. Travel north for approximately 3 miles (150th becomes Warren Road at Lorain Road). Turn right (east) on Franklin. Travel to the first street, which is St. Charles Avenue, and turn left (north). The entrance to the Community Health Center parking lot will be on your right just before the parking garage.
From the Shoreway:
Continue west and follow Clifton Boulevard to St. Charles Avenue. Turn left (south) on St. Charles and continue past Detroit Avenue. The entrance to the Community Health Center parking lot will be on your left just past the parking garage.
Important Note: When visiting the Community Health Center, you may park in the small lot off of St. Charles Avenue, next to the Community Health Center. NOTE: This driveway is a one-way from St. Charles to Belle. You may only enter from St. Charles (one street west of Belle Avenue).

From I-90 driving west:
Exit on Hilliard Blvd – Exit 162 – toward Rocky River. Turn right on Westway Dr and drive .1 mile to Lakeview Ave; turn right and travel .5 miles to Detroit Road. Turn right and go .4 miles to Beachcliff Market Square.
From I-90 driving east:
Exit at Detroit Rd – Exit 161 – turn left and travel 1.3 miles to Beachcliff Market Square.
From I-71:
Exit on West 150th, going north for 1mile to Lorain Ave. Turn left on Lorain Ave and travel .8 miles to Rocky River Drive. Turn right on Rocky River Drive and travel 1.3 miles. Rocky River Drive changes names after Hilliard Blvd to Riverside Drive. Continue for 1.5 miles to Detroit Ave. Turn left and travel for .5 miles to Beachcliff Market Square.
From the Shoreway:
Take Shoreway west; follow Clifton Blvd. To OH-2 (Detroit Road) exit. Turn left (east) on Detroit Road and travel .1 miles Beachcliff Market Square.

The office is located on the southeast corner of Detroit and Newman Avenues in Lakewood. Parking is located directly behind the building or on the street.
From I-90:
Exit on West 117th Street, turn north on West 117th and travel to Detroit Ave. Turn left (west) on Detroit and travel to Newman Ave. Turn left. The parking lot will be on your left.
From I-71:
Exit on West 150th, going north for 3 miles (150th becomes Warren Road at Lorain Road). Turn right (east) on Franklin and travel to Newman Ave. Turn left (north) on Newman. Parking will be on your right.
From the Shoreway:
Take Shoreway west; follow Clifton Blvd. to West 117th Street. Turn left (south) on West 117th and travel to Detroit Avenue. Turn right on Detroit Avenue. Travel to Newman. Turn left. Parking will be on your left.
Directions to Lakewood Hospital Teen Health Center

The Teen Health Center is located on the northeast corner of Madison and Westwood Avenues.
From I-90:
exit on Warren Road, turn north on Warren Road and travel to Madison Avenue. Turn left (west) onto Madison Avenue and travel to the second traffic light (Westwood Avenue).
From I-71:
exit on West 150th, going north for approximately 3 miles (150th becomes Warren Road at Lorain Road). Turn left (west) onto Madison Avenue and travel to the second traffic light (Westwood Avenue).
From the Shoreway:
traveling west, the Shoreway will become Clifton Boulevard. Follow Clifton Blvd. to Belle Avenue. Turn left (south) on Belle. Travel past Detroit Avenue, Passing Lakewood Hospital, and Franklin. Turn right (west) onto Madison Avenue. Travel past Warren Road to Westwood Avenue.
Parking lots are located beside the building on Madison Avenue and behind the building off Hilliard Boulevard. Metered street parking is also available at the side of the building on Westwood Avenue and on Madison Avenue.
